1. Services

Extra Mile Moving provides residential and commercial moving services, including but not limited to local moves, long-distance moves, packing, and storage solutions. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information supplied by the customer. Final charges may vary depending on the actual weight, distance, and services performed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs from the original estimate.

3. Liability and Insurance

Extra Mile Moving carries liability coverage as required by applicable federal and state regulations. Basic coverage is included with every move at no additional charge. Full-value protection is available for an additional fee. Customers must report any damage or loss within 9 months of the delivery date.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule a move at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled move date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the items to be moved, access to the premises, and any special handling requirements. Customers must ensure that all items are properly prepared for transport unless packing services have been arranged.

6. Prohibited Items

Extra Mile Moving will not transport hazardous materials, flammable substances, explosives, perishable goods, or any items prohibited by law. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring no prohibited items are included in the shipment.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and certified checks. A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

8. Changes to Terms

Extra Mile Moving reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
