First, contact Extra Mile Moving to receive an estimate. Once all the details look good, an Extra Mile representative will send you a confirmation. Once the confirmation is signed, we're all set and ready to go
At Extra Mile Moving, we require a $100.00 deposit to secure your move date. This deposit confirms your commitment and helps us reduce last-minute cancellations, ensuring we can provide reliable service to all our clients.
Please note: Deposits are nonrefundable for any cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your scheduled move.
Claims & Protection Policy
To submit a claim, please contact Extra Mile Moving within 72 hours from the start of your move. Once we receive your request, our Resolution Team will guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth process.
Extra Mile Moving offers three levels of protection coverage. Based on the protection plan you selected, we will reimburse you accordingly for the approved claim.

Other items may be prohibited at Extra Mile Moving's discretion.
Every Extra Mile team member goes through a rigorous vetting process that includes background checks, drug screening, and reference verification. Our movers are trained in proper lifting techniques, furniture protection, and customer service. We only hire experienced professionals who share our commitment to treating your belongings like their own.
We stand behind our commitment to punctuality. If our team arrives late to your scheduled move, we'll refund you $200 — no questions asked. That's our on-time guarantee, because we know your time is valuable and moving day is stressful enough without waiting around.
